Terms and rules

1. Who you are contracting with

gokarvan.com is operated by RATE EXTRA TOURISM L.L.C, Commercial Licence 1253634, Dubai, UAE ("gokarvan", "we"). We act as a booking platform and intermediary: transfers are performed by licensed third-party operators in Türkiye. Your contract for the booking service is with us; the contract of carriage is with the operator named on your voucher's operations contact.

2. Bookings

• A booking is confirmed only when payment has succeeded and you receive a confirmation with a booking reference (GK-XXXXXX). Until then no vehicle is held.
• Prices shown are fixed and include tolls, parking and meet and greet. Extras (child seats, eSIM) are shown separately before payment.
• The full name of every passenger is required at booking, as required by Turkish transport regulations. You are responsible for the accuracy of names, contact details, flight numbers, addresses and times.
• All times are Turkey time (GMT+3).
• Ages: 13 and over are adults, 3 to 12 are children, 0 to 2 are infants. Every person, including infants, occupies a seat and counts toward capacity.
• Round-trip bookings are priced for both legs; the return date and time are part of the booking.

3. Cancellation and changes

• You may cancel free of charge up to 24 hours before the scheduled pickup from the Manage booking page. Refunds go to the original payment method.
• Cancellations within 24 hours of pickup and no-shows are non-refundable.
• Changes to names, flight number or notes can be requested from your operations contact before pickup. Changes to route, date, time or vehicle require a new booking.
• eSIM packages are non-refundable once issued.
• If we or the operator cannot perform a confirmed transfer, you receive a full refund. Our liability is limited to the amount paid for the booking.

4. At pickup

• Airport pickups include 60 minutes of free waiting from actual landing; the maximum wait is 2 hours, after which the vehicle may leave and further transport is at your cost. Other pickups include 15 minutes of free waiting.
• Each passenger may bring one standard suitcase and one item of hand luggage. Oversized items must be declared in the notes.
• Child seats are provided subject to availability and cannot be guaranteed for pickups less than 48 hours away.
• Passengers must follow the driver's safety instructions. Smoking and open alcohol are not permitted in vehicles. Damage caused by passengers is charged to the booker.

5. Agencies

Partner agencies book under a separate partner agreement covering commission, prepaid balance, payouts and widget use. Where that agreement is silent, these terms apply.

6. Liability

We are not liable for delays or losses caused by weather, traffic, force majeure, incorrect information supplied by you, or acts of third parties. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

7. Law and disputes

These terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates. Consumers in the EU/UK keep the protections of their local mandatory law. We will try to resolve any complaint within 14 days; write to support@gokarvan.com.
