Where do I meet my driver at the airport?

Your driver waits at the designated meeting point for your airport, holding a board with your name. The exact meeting point is shown before payment, on your voucher and in the confirmation email. Meeting inside the terminal is not part of the standard service. If you cannot find the driver, message your operations contact on WhatsApp and wait at the meeting point.

What happens if my flight is delayed?

We track your flight number. The pickup moves with the flight, and you have 60 minutes of free waiting after landing. After 2 hours at the airport the vehicle may leave; further transport is then at the passenger's cost.

Can I cancel my booking?

Yes. Every booking can be cancelled free of charge up to 24 hours before pickup, from the Manage booking page. The full amount is refunded to the original payment method. eSIM packages are non-refundable once issued.

Are prices fixed?

Yes. The price you see includes tolls, parking and a name board at the meeting point. There are no surcharges for night pickups or flight delays.

How are ages counted for children?

Passengers aged 13 and over count as adults, 3 to 12 as children, and 0 to 2 as infants. Child seats are an extra and are subject to availability, especially for pickups less than 48 hours away.

What time zone are the times in?

All pickup and return times are Turkey time (GMT+3). The current Turkey time is shown next to the time field while you book.

How much luggage can I bring?

Each passenger may carry one standard suitcase and one item of hand luggage. If you travel with more, choose a larger vehicle or add a note so we can plan.

Who operates the transfer?

gokarvan is a booking platform. Transfers are run by licensed Turkish operators from our network of more than 40 suppliers. Your voucher names the operations contact responsible for your booking.
